The Help You Need!

It doesn’t matter whether you are suffering from anxiety or fighting a lack of motivation. The best thing you can do to help yourself is to get up and take action.

We have a saying in NLP that “Motion Creates Emotion” so if you want to change the way you feel, you have to get up and do something. Don’t worry so much about what to do when you are starting and don’t worry about getting it right. Just do something! Just get up and move… you will be glad you did.

Then after you are able to shake off the bad feelings or get your mind settled, you should contact someone for help. Depending on the specific issue you are facing, contact a life coach or business coach or a therapist. If you aren’t sure which one to contact then contact one of them and ask them for guidance. You will be able to tell in the first conversation whether or not this person is right for you.

Take me advice – I PROMISE you that you will thank me later… but no matter what the problem is and no matter how bad you feel, the way to start feeling better and to move towards a solution is to start working on what makes you feel better. And have the courage to ask for help – there are plenty of people who are ready and able to help you!
