We have to change this behavior!

I just had a very interesting conversation with one of my clients. What I found so fascinating is the fact that for this particular person it was nearly impossible (by his account) to even figure out the right questions to ask himself so that he could find the answers.

WE HAVE GOT TO CHANGE THIS BEHAVIOR!

In my experience learning about our psychology; our communication; and our behaviors within and outside ourselves, I have to say that most people don’t know how to identify the problem and therefore improving or changing the quality of their lives is a grueling thought.

I am going to share a HUGE SECRET with you…the questions are VERY SIMPLE!
You have to ask yourself the most important 2 questions:

1. Are you happy? Yes or No. If you aren’t start figuring out what makes you unhappy and how & what you have to do to change it

2. Who is The Ideal You™? If you aren’t living the life of your dreams – discover why. Most people can easily tell you that they have problems or that they aren’t doing what they would love to be doing. But they can’t tell you what needs to be fixed. The first step is FOCUSING on what WORKS!

Don’t be so quick to look at what you don’t have; what’s wrong…. SEARCH within yourself and celebrate; be grateful for all the brilliant things about you that are Amazing!

Discovering; Learning; Changing; Integrating the solutions into your life… that is the tricky part. But, once you have recognized that something needs to change and you have determined the right questions to ask yourself – the rest of the journey should be one of enlightenment & empowerment – fun and growth. When you are on the right path….each step is in the right direction
