Breathwork is an intense healing modality.  If you have any of the following conditions, it is not advised that you begin this practice without speaking with your doctor first to get cleared.

    History of Cardiovascular Disease (please advise your coach in advance)

Before the Event Do's and Donts

To ensure you're fully prepared for a transformative experience, we advise the following pre-event guidelines.

Avoid alcohol or drugs at least 24 hours before joining us, to clear your system and enhance receptivity. Arrive on an empty stomach, or ensure you've digested your last meal and any caffeine for at least one to two hours prior, optimizing your comfort and focus during the sessions. Stay well-hydrated leading up to the event, but please refrain from drinking water one hour before we start to minimize the need for breaks. Lastly, allow yourself a brief period of at least 15 minutes post-event to anchor the experience before transitioning back into your routine or driving.

“How to Prepare Yourself” Setting the Stage for Transformation…

  • Surrender - you will have the best experience if you show up ready to give 100% and let go of any expectations.  Simply allow whatever comes up to be and enjoy the ride.
  • No judgment.  For many this will be a new method for healing and growth. We suggest that you 'let go' and allow yourself to try something new.  This will support you getting the most value from your time.
  • Bring Your A Game!  How you show up is going to greatly affect your results.  Come with an open mind and be ready to transform.  This journey will take you as deep as you allow it to go!

“What You Will Need:” Essentials for the Experience…

  • Yoga mat or similar item to sit/lay on during the event.
  • If necessary, a small pillow and small blanket.  It's suggested that you don't use a pillow or if you do that you use a small one as to not affect the position of your head and your airways for breathing.
  • Blindfold/eye mask if you have one
  • Water/water bottle - We will provide a filling station where you can refill your water bottle.  We will spend the day together exploring, learning and having fun. You will want to stay hydrated!
  • Journal to take notes and participate in exercises.
  • Sun block & Sunglasses
  • Lip balm - during breathwork, you’re lips can get dry
  • A jacket or warm clothing in case it gets cool outside
